A summit of stillness.

Named after the idea of reaching a higher understanding of oneself, VOX PEAK explores self-awareness through space. The environment embraces the full spectrum of emotion—recognizing that growth is shaped by both moments of light and moments of uncertainty.

Every element of the world, from color and material to lighting, graphics, and programming, was designed to encourage reflection without removing students from the everyday rhythm of school. Rather than asking students to escape, VOX PEAK invites them to return to themselves.

WHAT IF WELLNESS WASN'T A ROOM, BUT A WORLD?

Vox Peak

Vox Collegiate invited DREAMHAUS to reimagine an unused campus space as a dedicated environment for student wellness. Together, we saw an opportunity to design more than a counseling room—we imagined a place where students and staff could pause, reflect, reconnect, and return to their day with greater awareness of themselves and others.

The project culminated in Vox Collegiate's first-ever Wellness Fair, welcoming students, families, educators, and community partners to celebrate a new chapter in how wellness is experienced on campus.

How should a student feel the moment they walk through the door?

Rather than designing around furniture or function, we designed around emotional experience. The identity, spatial planning, environmental graphics, color palette, furnishings, and programming all grew from that single intention.

By treating wellness as something that could be designed—not just discussed—VOX PEAK became a place where emotional intelligence is embedded into the environment itself.

EXECUTION

  • Transformed an unused classroom into a dedicated wellness environment.
