Bouquet of Love Truths

A mobile workshop celebrating transition, self-reflection, and the people we're becoming.

For Kids of Immigrants' annual Love Day celebration, DREAMHAUS was invited to contribute an experience rooted in community and connection. Rather than creating a traditional photo opportunity, we saw an opportunity to transform a fleeting moment into something people could carry with them long after the day was over.

Bouquet of Love Truths

Flowers are often given to celebrate milestones, express gratitude, or recognize someone's growth. We wondered what it would look like to give people their flowers through words instead.

Inspired by the language of greeting cards, Bouquet of Love Truths paired instant portraits with a collection of honest reflections—part encouragement, part tough love, part reminder. Each card became a snapshot of who someone was in that exact moment, honoring the idea that transition deserves to be remembered just as much as arrival.

The Experience

Car culture has long been a symbol of identity and self-expression in Los Angeles. The DREAMHAUS Art Car—our mobile mission—became the centerpiece of the activation, inviting guests to step inside a familiar cultural ritual: posing proudly beside an iconic car.

By reframing that gesture through portraiture and storytelling, the experience shifted from admiration to reflection. The photograph became more than a souvenir—it became the beginning of a personal keepsake.
